이를 통하여 유전체 기반의 진단 및 치료를 위한 바이오 빅데이터를 분석하는 연구실입니다

최근에는 인체 질환 유전체 데이터를 인공지능 기법을 적용시켜 분석하여 암 (위암, 대장암, 흑색종), 대사질환 (당뇨병), 퇴행성 신경질환 (파킨슨병)의 원인이 되는 생물학적 신호전달경로 및 대사경로를 발굴하고 진단마커와 질환을 치료할 수 있는 새로운 약물 후보군을 찾아내는 연구를 하고 있습니다.
